Providing Families and Enthusiasts with Fun, Legal Places to Ride
Find Out MoreThank you for your interest in FORPWC.
Our club is a volunteer run non-profit focused on developing and maintaining legal riding properties convenient to Prince William County. We’re a low-stress family friendly club that encourages bringing your kids to ride with you.
We currently have riding
privileges on 6 properties. Here's a description of each:
Catlett - 6 miles of technical single-track trails
composed of 2 loops. This property has lots of creek
crossings, tight turns and some minor elevation changes.
301 King George - This is one of the premier
properties in the area. It has multiple loops
with a kids loop, MX track, and an 11 mile technical
loop. The long loop has many technical challenges
with major elevation changes, off-camber routes, steep
drops, hill climbs, etc...
Montross - The new rival to 301 for premier
technical single-track. This property features 9
miles of trails with lots of major elevation changes, and
technical features. The soil here is a sandy loam in
a mature forest, so this place dries quickly and is our go
to place even if it's been raining. There is no
hunting on this land so we can ride throughout the fall
and winter without restrictions.
Bunchland - This Elkwood VA property has 6 miles of
trails and an MX track. The trails here are a little
wider and less technical than some of the other
properties, and has become a "go to" property for many of
our new families.
ManassasKids - This property is a relatively small
property located in the heart of Prince William County
where the owner has granted us permission for our young
families with small children riding small displacement
vehicles to enjoy his property. Here, kids can ride
while parents supervise without having to ride themselves.
The property consists of a small mowed grass field (think
big yard) and a small trail section that is easy to
navigate.
IvyHill - We enjoy a relationship with this
professional MX training facility where our members have
exclusive riding privileges several days per month.
The owner preps the track for our use so our members
always have a well maintained track to ride.
Prince William County recently approved plans for us to build a new off-road riding park in Nokesville, VA. This park will consist of two groomed man-made riding courses. There will be a small kids course and a mile-long main course. More information on our Riding Course at Lehigh Portland Park can be found here.

FORPWC MCATV Off-Road Riding at Lehigh Portland Park
Prince William County recently approved plans for us to build a new off-road riding park in Nokesville, VA. This park will consist of two groomed man-made riding courses. There will be a small kids course and a mile-long main course.
The Kids Course will be designed for small children riding small vehicles. The course will be adjacent to the parking area and allow parents to supervise and attend to their children, without having to ride themselves.
The Main Course will consist of a mile-long course with banked corners, flat corners, table-top jumps, whoops, doubles, etc… The design will allow riders of all skill levels to operate their vehicles in a safe manner. Riders will be grouped based on self-assigned skill level into 20-minute riding sessions. This will allow beginner and novice riders to ride at a safe pace while also allowing advanced riders to fully engage the course at speeds appropriate for their skill level.
We have a lot of work to do to build this park. Please consider donating to help fund construction by contributing to our GoFundMe link below.
